AI training

A multi-week, hands-on curriculum for getting productive with Claude Code — the terminal-based coding agent from Anthropic. Each session is a single guide that walks through one real workflow, not a feature tour.

The full curriculum lives on GitHub at anup-malani/ai-training and is licensed CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 — free to share and adapt for non-commercial use, with attribution.

Start here: read the personal-laptop posture (one screen — sets expectations about what Claude Code can and can’t see on your machine), then open Week 1 and work through the sessions in order.

Sessions

  1. Get Claude on your laptop, plan for the office
  2. Search your inbox like a database
  3. Draft a memo with multiple outline + draft revisions
  4. Make a plot from a spreadsheet — and revise it
  5. Make Claude remember (across sessions and across breakages)
  6. Track a corpus you can’t read alone
  7. Make Claude sound like you, and not lie to you
  8. A daily brief that wakes up before you do
  9. Turn your work into a PowerPoint deck
  10. Plan a trip and coordinate everyone

Bonus: Publish a personal website

Each session ends with a short Google Form linked from inside the guide. That’s the channel.
